A wallpaper I made for a friend. He is a huge metroid fan so I found it a nice gift to make something metroid-y for him :D. This image isn't perfect, I'll agree on that, but matching screenshots is not an easy thing!

That's really cool!
Webtrance is right, the DOF is awesome.
He said as if he knew what he was talking about.
I also really dig the reflection on the sphere and the texture of the rock/moss.

everything looks fantastic but, and I hate to be the one to point this out because I could never pull out something like this, I'm not totally sure you nailed the metallic surface. But, seriously, looks wayyy legit.
